From the south
- M6 The end of the motorway leads onto the A74
- A74 Becomes the M74
- M74 exit at junction 4 leading onto M73
- M73 exit at junction 2 leading onto M8 Glasgow/City Centre
- M8 exit at junction 30 leading onto M898
- M898 Becomes A898 Erskine bridge. Keep to left hand lane when crossing the bridge.
- Join A82 and follow signs for Loch Lomond
- On approaching Loch Lomond turn right at the Stoneymollan roundabout (this roundabout is very obvious as it has a large structure with flying geese on it!)
- Follow signs for the Tourist Information Centre and continue pass here, crossing over Balloch Bridge
- Pass Balloch Country Park gates and Woodvale is the 9th house on the right hand side.
From the north via A82
- Travel south on A82. At southern end of Loch Lomond you will reach Stoneymollan roundabout (this roundabout is very obvious as it has a large structure with flying geese on it!)
- Follow signs for the Tourist Information Centre and continue past it and cross over Balloch Bridge
- Pass Balloch Country Park gates and Woodvale is the 9th house on the left hand side.
