Lynnwood self catering in St Andrews is only a few minutes walk from the historic town centre. Beautiful beaches, leisure centre, magnificent Championship Golf Courses, the Byre Theatre and an abundance of renowned restaurants are but a few of the many attractions in St Andrews. The house sleeps 6 persons (a Z-bed is available for a 6th person).
Lynnwood is a bright, comfortable, spacious and well equipped holiday home, with an enclosed garden and patio with table and chairs. There is a newly fitted kitchen complete with electric cooker, washing machine, drier, fridge freezer and microwave. The back door leads to a fully enclosed garden. There is double glazing throughout along with a combi boiler supplying heating and hot water.

- 3 bedrooms - 2 with double beds and 1 with a single bed in this very spacious house

The house has full gas central heating which supplies the hot water. Bed linen is, of course, included in the price. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and tea towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own towels.

DEPOSITS ON ALL DATES - £95
A non refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is forfeited up to 6 weeks prior to arrival and 60% cost of holiday if less than 6 weeks. For cancellation within 7 days of arrival there will be no refund unless house is relet.
Guests are requested to arrive after 3.00pm and to vacate by 10.00am on day of departure
A RETURNABLE deposit of £50 is to be paid with the final balance to cover breakages etc. Breakages are payable in full. It would be appreciated if you would leave the house in a clean and tidy condition. Use of the property is at the hirer’s own risk and no liability shall fall on the proprietor for injury to the occupants or for loss of personal property belonging to the occupants. The returnable deposit will be refunded by bank transfer.
