The Residence - a family home - offers you luxurious Bed and Breakfast in Edinburgh city centre. The house forms part of an elegant 19th Century sandstone villa, overlooking the prestigious George Watson's College.

There are just 2 bedrooms:
THE PENTLAND ROOM has a King-size bed + 1 single bed. If required, you may have a camp bed for an extra child in the room too. It has its own private bathroom. The bedroom has beautiful views over George Watson's College and across the Scottish hills.

THE MACINTOSH ROOM - this tranquil family room has a double bed and comes with its own Rennie MacIntosh inspired bathroom allowing you to relax and unwind after an eventful day of sightseeing in Edinburgh.

The hustle and bustle of shops, bars and restaurants are a five minute walk away, and the splendour of Princes Street, the Castle and City Centre is a 10 minute drive or, better still, a pleasant 20 minute walk through The Meadows. During your stay, you will enjoy stunning views to the South and over the Pentland Hills as you breakfast in our meticulously restored Victorian Drawing Room.
