The House is detached and suitable for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. It has been furnished to a luxury standard. The garage has been converted into a recreation room that includes a Full Size American Pool Table and an Infra-Red Sauna. At the rear of the property is a large enclosed garden safe for children to play in. There is a large decked area where you can sit and relax with a glass of wine or fine whiskey. Or for that extra bit of luxury you may want to watch the world go by while you relax in the Hot Tub. If the mood takes you and you feel like a brisk walk there is access to the Orbital path
The Apartment is a newly completed ground floor apartment in Aviemore suitable for 4-6 people. It has been furnished to a luxury standard and is the perfect base to explore the area. The accommodation is situated a few minutes walk from the town centre. There is off-road parking at the front of the apartment.
There is a leisure centre with heated swimming pool nearby the apartment and the house. All linen is provided (except towels). Iron & ironing board is provided. Off road parking is available.

House: There is an additional refundable security deposit of £100. This will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of the keys providing the terms of the agreement are met. The balance is due 6 weeks before your stay. Changeover Days Saturday | Check In after 4pm | Check Out before 10am.
Apartment: All Bookings require £50 per week non refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking. Key & Breakage Deposit of £50. Also payable at time of booking (this will be refunded when the keys are returned). The balance is due 6 weeks before your stay. Christmas and New Year prices are available on request. Changeover Days Saturday | Check In after 4pm | Check Out before 10am.
