Marina Quay offering self catering in Lossiemouth overlooking the East Marina of Lossiemouth Harbour It is a modern apartment on the coast of the Moray Firth. All accommodation is on the first floor to take advantage of the stunning views over Lossiemouth Bay and the sea. The ground floor is given over to parking.

Lossiemouth is a former fishing port whose harbours have been developed as a marina within which this apartment block occupies a unique position. Lossiemouth is about 5 miles from the busy town of Elgin which has Cathedral City status.

There are excellent restaurants and several bars within a few hundred yards. The Warehouse theatre which is an up and coming venue hosting a great variety of entertainment is within 2 minutes walk. Diving, fishing and marine trips can be arranged within the marina. The Moray firth is home to a resident population of dolphins which are often seen frolicking in the bay only yards from the apartment. There is a children's play park next to the development. There are many good coastal walks in the area and the east beach of Lossiemouth is one of the best and most extensive on the Moray Firth. Lossiemouth is an ideal location for exploring the Moray Firth coast which is dotted with old traditional towns and fishing villages. The world famous Malt Whisky Trail is within easy reach as are the visitor centres of Johnston's Woollen Mills in Elgin and world renowned Baxter's of Speyside in Fochabers. The world famous shortbread and confectionary manufacturers Walkers of Aberlour have factories in Elgin and Aberlour. The resorts of the Lecht and the Cairngorms, where you can walk in the summer and ski in the winter, are within easy reach. A visit to Spey Bay which abounds with wild life and where you have the chance to see Ospreys fishing is a must for nature lovers. There are many golf courses in this area, including excellent courses in Lossiemouth itself and in Elgin. Inverness, which is regarded as the capital of the Scottish Highlands, is an hour's drive away.
