This is a modem top floor apartment (two storeys up) consisting of two bedrooms (one double/twin & one single), lounge (with a sofa bed/settee), Dining/Kitchen, Bathroom with shower, secure entry door system & private car park for residents. 
Features include central heating, radio/CD/DVD player and welcome pack of wine and flowers as well as basic foods and cleaning materials. The accommodation also has a comprehensive guide to St. Andrews giving details of restaurants and activities for children as well as full information on golf in the area.
Linen & heating is included in the price.
NB: Greenside Court is only available June/July/August.
