We are located in a quiet residential area with off road parking.

Recently refurbished to a high standard, all rooms are ensuite and offer TV, hairdryer, trouser press and tea/coffee making facilities. We use the best of Scottish produce ensuring your breakfast will set you up for the day with full cooked or continental breakfast as required. We also pride ourselves on our high standard of cleanliness and for the comfort and safety of our guests we are a no-smoking Bed and Breakfast.

Balloch is known as the "Gateway to the Highlands" and we are more than happy to advise you on a vast choice of excursions. Locally you can walk to Balloch Country Park, visit Lomond Shores with it's excellent shopping and eating places, go cycling, golfing and fishing or enjoy watersports. Balloch also offers a good selection of restaurants and local pubs.

Gowanlea is within easy reach of Stirling, Edinburgh or Perth and we are only 25 mins from Glasgow airport.
