Erica's Apartment, Edinburgh is a modern apartment in the Stockbridge area of the city, ideally suited for 2 or a family of up to 4. On the edge of Edinburgh's New Town, this is an area with a lively village atmosphere and famously good pubs, restaurants and specialist food shops. All your daily requirements are just around the corner.

Pamela's Apartment is just around the corner from Erica's - only 100 metres away - and has the same accommodation, but has the advantage of a parking garage in the ground floor.

The very centre of Edinburgh, with the Castle and Princes Street, is a mere 15 minutes walk away, and nearby is Edinburgh's famous Royal Botanical Gardens. Both flats are so central that a car is not necessary, but parking is available in Erica's too (please ask for details).

Accommodation:
- Double Bedroom next to which is a newly refitted Bathroom with bath, shower above the bath, basin, WC and shaver point. Bedl inen and a supply of towels are provided
- Large bright Sitting/Dining Room with French doors leading to a balcony. Two sofa beds can sleep an additional two people. A TV, radio and telephone are provided
- Kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave, washing/drying machine and ironing facilities

Both apartments have Broadband connections.

The Water of Leith walkway, just a 100 yards away, is a haven of peace which will take you through many secret parts of Edinburgh.
