Edinburgh Central Apartments are situated literally 5 minutes walk from Princes Street and therefore ideally situated to enable any visitor to make the most of Edinburgh's sights and places of interest. There are a wide variety of shops, international restaurants, cinemas and bars in the area. The Usher Hall, Kings Theatre and Lyceum Theatre are close by as is the Meadows Park which encompasses Bruntsfield Links and children's play area. The new International Conference Centre is only 3 minutes walk away.
The apartments have been finished to the high standard demanded for short term accommodation. They include all the facilities any traveler may need and all apartments are compact and easily maintained. Apartment facilities include fully fitted kitchens with washing machine, luxury shower room, full central heating, close carpeting throughout, luxuriously furnished with colour TV, entry phone and pay telephone. All kitchens have gas hob, electric oven with extractor fan, microwave cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board and are fully equipped for more than the maximum number of guests. Apartments are cleaned on a regular basis, beds are made up before arrival and linen is changed on a weekly basis. Extra towels are available on request for a small charge.
We welcome larger parties who we can accommodate over several apartments. Parking by arrangement.
We can also offer short term leases on these apartments from 2 to 6 months.

NB: All apartments are equipped with a sofa bed. A separate charge will be levied for their use.
Conditions
- A deposit of 25% is required to reserve the accommodation
- The balance will be payable directly on arrival at the apartments
- Reservations of less than 5 days or less must be paid in full prior to arrival
- Cancellations giving less than 30 days notice will lose 100% of deposit paid
- All other circumstances of cancellation will lose 50% of deposit paid
- Apartments will be available from 12.30 pm onwards on day of arrival
- Apartments must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure
- No pets are permitted
- All breakages must be paid for
- Any guests that stay overnight must be paid for at the normal rate
