Burnfoot House is a Self Catering Cottage in a traditional village, but conveniently located for visiting Glasgow. Only 20-30 minutes from Glasgow centre and easily accessible by road or rail,  Burnfoot is a comfortable and cosy holiday cottage, ideal for 2 up to 7 people.

Burnfoot House sits in an idyllic location, opposite the clubhouse and first tee of Lochwinnoch Golf Club. It is a pleasant 5 minute walk into the village of Lochwinnoch, mainly along leafy riverside.

The village boasts a selection of 3 pubs and a cafe/bistro. There are several shops including gifts, local arts and crafts, art gallery and a mini supermarket to meet most everyday needs. 

At nearby Castle Semple Loch, there is a watersports and outdoor activity centre, cycle hire, boat hire etc, with pleasant views from the lochside cafe and shop. There are two local RSPB bird and wildlife sanctuaries, with a variety of walks for all levels of ability. Fishing permits for river and loch are inexpensive.

Airports at Glasgow International (15 mins by car) and Glasgow Prestwick (for Ryanair; 35 mins by car or train.)  Affordable Airport Transfers can be arranged using E-class Mercedes with a local firm.
