Fernbank Cottage near Glencoe is a split level 4 BEDROOM villa with superb views across Loch Linnhe to Ardgour and the mountains beyond. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and is the ideal base for a holiday in this area of outstanding beauty.

The nearby mountains of Glencoe and Nevis Range attract climbers, walkers, mountain bikers and in Winter, skiers. On the doorstep fishing, canoeing and golfing are available.

There are also numerous sites of historical interest to visit. Fort William to the north has the amenities of a large town. In the summer the West Highland Steam Train (aka the Hogwarts Express) runs to Mallaig via the Glenfinnan Viaduct.

Just 100 yards from Fernbank is the excellent Holly Tree restaurant where, after a day out taking in the sights and scenery, you can relax and enjoy high quality local cuisine in a wonderful waterside setting.
The house will comfortably accommodate eight adults in four bedrooms having two double rooms and two twin rooms. The upper floor contains the master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom), two twin bedrooms and a second bathroom. The ground floor is split level with the lounge, conservatory and toilet on the lower level and the dinning room, kitchen and fourth bedroom (double) on the higher level.

On a clear evening the sunsets are truly spectacular.

All furnishings and appliances are new having been purchased specifically for Fernbank. You will enjoy all the conveniences of a modern home as well as the comfortable surroundings.
The house is centrally heated, with underfloor heating down stairs and fully double glazed.

Heating and electricity costs are included in the rental, except between November and February when there is a £25 supplement per week. Bed linen is included in the rental.

A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble drier.
The driveway can accommodate three cars.
