It is only five minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and bars - an ideal base for your holiday or business needs. It provides privacy with all the comforts of your own home.

We have 3 bedrooms - 1 double and 2 family rooms.

A hearty breakfast is included in your stay. Special dietary requirements and requests are catered for where possible. Guests not wishing or unable to enjoy breakfast can order a packed lunch alternative.

Aviemore in the heart of Cairngorm National Park is an all year round resort attracting tourists for allseasons, its breath taking scenery a background for lots of outdoor pursuits. Biking, bird watching, golfing, climbing, fishing, shooting, hiking and with Cairngorm Mountain only a short drive, skiing and boarding are predominant in Winter.

For families, some of Scotland's top tourist attractions are close to Aviemore - Landmark outdoor theme park and the Highland Wildlife Park, while within half an hour radius, aquadome, rollerball, ice-rink, theatre and multi-cinema complex can all be found within easy reach of Aviemore.
